Tagged by an Emissary of Heaven

My favorite priest tagged me. How can I say no to that?

4 jobs I've had:
pathology assistant
Histotechnologist
DNA image analysis tech
Special Ed teacher

4 countries I've visited:
Italy
U.K.
France
Germany

4 places I'd rather be:
Zoppola, Italy
Chincoteague Island
New York City
by a creek in a forest, any forest

4 foods I like to eat:
chocolate
pasta
bread
heirloom tomatoes

4 personal heros:
Oprah
Jerry Rice
Rosalind Franklin
Alicia Appleman-Jurman

What one thing would you change if you could change the world?
Eliminate fundamentalism of every stripe. (Hey, we're just dreamin' here)

What tangible, sentimental "treasure" have you hung onto the longest?
A book called The Joey Story. It's about a dog and it's dog-eared too.

I'm glad I didn't get tagged for this. I've only been to 3 countries. I'll let you guess which ones. :(

Heirloom tomatoes..Yummy, my cat Alex adores them :)

Ok - you stumped me. What is an "heirloom tomato?" One passed down from your grandmother?

Jerry Rice?! After he screwed over the 49ers and went to play for the Rayduhs? I mean of all teams!

What's a histotechnologist?

Ann -Mmm, chocolate=happiness

sws -It was a long time ago. I was in high school. I went to London and really fell in love with that city. The people were very friendly and welcoming.

diesel -not even gonna try...

tess -your cat likes tomatoes??? WOW, that's a first!

K+ -har,har girlfriend! They're the tasty ones that have low yields and often succumb to disease cuz they haven't been engineered or otherwise messed up. I grow them for myself every year. They have weird names like green zebra or german giant. There are so many varieties, almost all completely delicious.

jojo - you're killing me here, the 49ers released Jerry!
A histotech turns anything that can be cut off of, or out of a body into a nice microscope slide for the pathologist. Such tissue can also be subject to various stains to highlight a particular aspect. Example- brain tissue might be stained with silver to demonstrate dendrites.

kris - he is heavy into training camp right now and generally incommunicato, so I don't know if there's any good college football gossip yet. btw-he's my middle son.

axe -yeah, I said Chocolate, WOOHOO. Sugar IS my crack, so chocolate is a double whammy. Why is it so hard to resist?

A dog-heared book about a dog. Ha,ha,ha

Yummy heirloom tomatoes and chocolate made your list of fave foods, but no cheese, how sad. I love cheese Gromit!

Hope your having a fine day!
